So you get to do more of what you love.

only 20 spots
Think about it, if you’ve spent years getting good at what you do. Why not spend 8 weeks getting just as good at selling it so you get to do more of it?
You’ll learn how buyers think, what makes them say yes, and how to lead sales conversations that feel natural while still getting them to a decision.
8 week cohort begins 14 Jan 2027, only 20 spots per cohort
Being bloody good at the work doesn’t automatically make you good at selling it.
You can have years of experience, brilliant work and very happy clients and still come off a sales call wondering:
Did I explain that properly?
Did I talk too much?
Was the price too high?
Should I have challenged that?
Should I follow up?
What the hell does “I need to think about it” actually mean?
And sometimes you’ll get the yes, sometimes they’ll disappear, sometimes they’ll choose someone else and you’ll have absolutely no idea why.
We’ll fix all of it.
This is not a sales confidence course and here’s why…
Confidence is lovely…
But it doesn’t tell you what question to ask next. It doesn’t tell you when a buyer is giving you the surface problem rather than the real one. It doesn’t tell you when to dig deeper, when to challenge, when to shut up or when to take the conversation somewhere completely different.
And it definitely doesn’t tell you what to do when someone says “I need to speak to my partner.”
Sales competence is what changes everything.
When you actually understand the psychology of a sales conversation, you stop desperately trying to say the right thing.
You can listen.
You can think.
You be human.
And that’s when selling starts to feel a hell of a lot more natural.
So what even is Business Charisma?
Business Charisma’s not charm, confidence or making someone buy when they don’t want or need it.
Business Charisma is the art of communicating your value so you’re fully understood. It sits at the intersection of three important things:
YOU
Knowing who you are, how you naturally communicate, what you stand for and what you won’t compromise just to win the work.
THEM
Understanding how your buyer thinks, what they’re really trying to solve, what matters most to them and what they need in order to make a decision.
THE CONVERSATION
Knowing how to bring those two worlds together.
How to ask better questions, listen properly, challenge assumptions, talk about money, navigate hesitation.
Most importantly help someone make a good decision that benefits the buyer, not yourself.
That’s Business Charisma.
I’ve analysed over 432+ sales calls over the last 9 years
Whether you’re a designer, coach, strategist, studio owner. The work may differ, the price may vary, but the same three mistakes are happening.
1. You pitch too soon (we want to ditch the pitch altogether). To sell without trust repels the buyer.
2. You solve the wrong problem (so the pitch falls flat). You can’t sell if you don’t find a problem they want fixing, no matter how right you might be.
3. You miss what they values most. So you tell them everything that’s good about what you do instead of talking about the things that matter most to them.
They don’t feel like mistakes in the moment, you can walk away thinking the call went brilliantly, then three days later get the message, “Thanks so much. We’ve decided to go in another direction.”
Being average at sales can be expensive, let me show you…
I‘m not here to make you feel bad about the thousands of potential earnings lost. I just want you to be aware of it.
How many clients did you lose this year so far? (let’s say 4)
What is your average client value (not just the first gig, but repeat custom)? (let’s say it’s $5K)
This means that the total loss is 4 clients @ $5K = $20,000
As an exercise, do your own calculation ONCE and let it be the driver to see what can change. Shift your mindset to think of it as the opportunity made available to you rather than what was lost in earnings.
Even if you got only 50% better, in the above calculation you will be 10K better off. That‘s pretty sweet.
Imagine getting bloody good at sales
You go into a sales conversation without having to fret over what you’re going to say. You know how to get beyond the surface-level answer and find out what the buyer actually wants
.
- You’ll know when to ask another question.
- When to challenge.
- When to shut up.
- You can talk about the value of your work without awkwardly pitching it.
- You can share your price without worry of getting rejected
- And when the objections come up, you don’t panic, discount or start desperately justifying yourself.
You know what to do next and most importantly, you finish the conversation knowing where you stand. You’ll understand how to convert higher and get the yes without them having to think about it.
The skill is knowing how to get to the right answer without forcing either one.
You don’t get good at sales by reading about it.
I know, I wrote the Amazon Best Selling book, Kill the Pitch. But reading it will give you the theory, now you need to get good by doing. You’ll learn to read what’s happening in the moment, understand what to do and then practising until you can actually do it when there’s a real client and real money on the table.
So Business Charisma isn’t eight weeks of me talking at you. No, no, no… this is a practical 8 weeks of getting good at the art of selling.
You learn it.
You use it.
You get personalised feedback.
You practise it.
And by the end, you’ll understand how to have a new way of talking to the clients that will be asking you for the sale. No pitch needed.
1 —
Business Charisma fundamentals
We will kick start with an overview of the Co-Creative Selling model itself, understand where your strengths lie and where you need to do more work. Even though this is a cohort, your attention and focus will be personalised.
2 —
How buyers decide
One of the fastest ways to lose a sale is to assume you know what the buyer means. This week is about curiosity.
You’ll learn how to get people talking, notice the assumptions you’re making and ask questions that uncover information the buyer might not have thought to tell you.
3 —
Power of language
The only way to have less objections is to have a really good discovery session. You’ll learn how to read people, pick up on non-verbal cues, become aware of your own body language and theirs so you can interpret it. You will learn to tune into the problem that actually needs solving. This is how we unravel objections before they even arise.
4 —
Lead the sales conversation
You’d normally start pitching your services at some point in the call… we won’t do that. I’ll show you how to shift the conversation into solution mode (and solutions is what people buy). You’ll learn how to connect what you’ve unearthed to a solution they want, communicate its value and use the COIN framework to move the conversation towards a decision.
5 —
Pricing confidence
“I need to think about it.”
“It’s too expensive.”
“I need to speak to my business partner.”
This is the bit most people think of as selling. But by now, you’ll understand that most of the selling happened long before the objection surfaced. You’ll learn RAWAR, my framework for getting underneath hesitation, understanding what’s actually going on and knowing what to do next. Without getting defensive, dropping your price or trying to overcome them.
6 —
Objections
Knowing what you should do on a sales call and being able to do it while another human being is staring at you are not the same thing. So we practise.
Different buyers, different personalities, different constraints and different objections. You’ll get to try things, get them wrong, try again and receive feedback while there’s absolutely nothing riding on the outcome. Because your next £10K prospect is a fairly expensive place to practise.
7 and 8 —
Sales strategy and practise
You’ll be able to hear what has changed, see where you’ve improved and know exactly what still needs work. You leave with the frameworks. But more importantly, you leave knowing how to use them.
Eight weeks later, you won’t just know more about sales. You’ll be better at it.
You’ll be able to:
- Find the real buyer motive faster.
- Ask better questions and know when to dig deeper.
- Lead a conversation without dominating it.
- Hear what a buyer actually means, not just what they say.
- Talk about your work and its value without slipping into pitch mode.
- Share your price without apologising for it.
- Spot doubt before it becomes an objection.
- Handle hesitation without panicking, discounting or applying pressure.
- Challenge a buyer when they need challenging.
- Know when to shut up.
- Finish a conversation knowing exactly where you stand.
And all of this means a healthier bottom line, better profitability and a business doing more of what you actually love.
And yes, getting better at this changes what you make...
-
Jakob had his first $80K month
-
Nadia earned $76K in three months
-
Shawn made $8K more within 2 weeks of starting.
-
Gwen turned a conversation about $2K budget at $12K.
Not because I taught them some magic closing line. They learned how to understand the person in front of them, communicate the value of what they do and have a better sales conversation.
You’re not buying eight weeks of sales training. You’re learning a skill you’ll use for the rest of your life.
Every enquiry.
Every discovery call.
Every proposal.
Every “How much?”
Every objection.
Every follow-up.
Every £5K, £10K or £20K opportunity that lands in front of you.
Long after the bootcamp finishes, you’ll still be using what you learned here.

You’re probably thinking...
“I’m not a salesperson.”
Good! And I’m not trying to make you one. The salesperson you’re picturing is exactly the thing this is designed to prevent. Have you considered that your discomfort isn’t a character flaw but accurate information — that the way you were taught to sell doesn’t fit how you think, and you’ve been trying to force it anyway?
“I’ve done sales training before and it made me feel like a fraud.”
That’s usually what happens when the training starts with what to say. You get handed language built for someone else’s personality, it works badly, and you conclude you’re bad at selling rather than that the script was wrong for you. We start with who you are precisely so that doesn’t happen again.
“Role play makes me want to die.”
I know. Everybody says this and everybody survives it. You’re going to have these conversations regardless. The only question is whether you practise them in a room designed for it, or on live prospects while the work is on the line. One of those is uncomfortable for an hour. The other has been uncomfortable for years.
“I’m fine at conversations, I just can’t close.”
Then closing probably isn’t your problem. Closing is what happens when everything before it has been done properly. If the end of the conversation feels like a jolt, where suddenly you have to switch modes and become a salesperson, the conversation hasn’t naturally built towards a decision. We don’t fix that at the close. We fix what happened before it.
“My work should speak for itself.”
It should, agreed. It doesn’t. And what you’re really saying is that you’d rather not have to ask, which is fair enough as a wish but expensive as a strategy. The people who get chosen aren’t better than you. They’re just easier to say yes to.
You’re probably also thinking...
“I’m already spread too thin. How much time is this?”
Around 2 hours a week, and that’s the minimum rather than a suggestion. One session plus the preparation. If you can’t protect two hours, the reps won’t happen and you’ll have bought the theory, which is the one part you could have got from a book.
“I don’t have enough leads to practise on.”
Then this may be the wrong programme. And I’d rather tell you that than take your money.
If nobody is talking to you at all, sales training won’t solve your lead-generation problem. But if you’re getting enquiries that go nowhere, having calls that don’t convert, avoiding follow-ups or hearing “I need to think about it” more often than you’d like…you’ve got something to work with.
“Can I justify £1200 right now?”
Only you can answer that. What I’d ask you to do is work out what one client is worth to you, then count the conversations this year that should have converted and didn’t. If the answer is more than one, you already know the math will be mathing. And if paying £1200 in one go is the sticking point rather than the amount itself, take the two payments of £690
Who this is not for
If you’re looking for a course, this isn’t it. This is practical training where you build the skill by doing it.
If you want a script you can read down the phone, this will frustrate you. If you’re unwilling to be watched while you try in a supported, safe environment, this won’t work either. if you’re hoping to learn how to talk people into things they don’t want, we’re going to fall out in week one.
Your next 10 calls will happen either way. The only question is whether you want to have them the same way you’ve been having them
Eight weekly live sessions held on zoom.
You will be asked to review a lesson before the call, you won’t need to allocate more than 30 mins for this.
Each session is practical, 90 minutes at minimum, but I’m also happy to stay behind and answer questions as long as I don‘t have another call booked afterwards.
Take the assessment. It takes a few minutes and it tells you what kind of communicator you are, which is what week one builds on. You’ll get it one week before we start.
Yes, and you’ll have access for the duration of your time in the bootcamp. If you’re going to miss more than two live sessions, wait for the next cohort.
As long as there’s space, yes. The wait-list gets the spots announced first.
I have been doing group trainings for years and I can tell you that it is super uncomfortable to be watched, the truth is, it is mimicking the maximum nerves you’ll feel on a real sales call, which is why it works so well.
There is no judgment in the space that I create. You are all here to learn and the more mistakes you make, the better, because then I can help course correct so you know what the changes that need to made feel like.
You’ll still get the reps, because the practice is built into the sessions rather than dependent on your pipeline.
The example role plays tend to come from real life scenarios so if a call is upcoming, we can take that as an example practise session.
The model was created from calls across design, coaching, strategy and studio work, and it works anywhere you sell something as a service. If you sell a low-price product where nobody ever speaks to you, this isn’t the right training.
The theory might be familiar, the practice almost certainly isn’t, because experience gets you repetition without correction. You’ve been running the same conversation for years with nobody telling you where it can improve, that’s the part this fixes.
If you were in Sales Gym or Selling Secrets, then you have already been trained on this methodology.
The delivery style is slightly different and way more focused to sales communication.
The Co-Creative Selling Model is the same model, refined.
What’s gone is the pricing, funnel and positioning support, which lives in Flight Club now, so this stays entirely focused on the conversation itself.
It depends on what support you need. Most people upgrade to full business support inside Flight Club.
It’s always great practise to communicate what you’re going through so we can find solutions to make it work for you.
Not everything is a fit for everyone, but it is rare to never have found a fix.
