Ivy Malik Coaching

Group business container:

Get bloody good at winning clients

So that your business makes good money, attracts clients you actually want and gives you more of the life you built the damn thing for.

Fight Club

So, what are we building?

You might want to double your income.

Build a team.

Lose the team.

Work three days.

Charge £20K.

Finally crack consistent leads.

Launch something completely new.

Or take the business you already have and see just how bloody good we can make it.

The goal is yours, so the strategy is bespoke to you too.

This is how Flight Club works...

– 1

Get clear on what you actually want

Real talk! This is what YOU want, not what some IG guru told you you should have. It’s based on your desires, your circumstances and how you best operate. We shut out the nay-sayers, activate the audacious part of you that’s been playing small and get clear on what you really want to create.

– 2
Work out what will get you there

We get practical. What’s the thing we need to sort out to get you there? Pricing, positioning, mindset, sales, marketing, offers, systems, team, confidence. Whatever is actually standing between where you are and where you want to be.

– 3

Make shit happen

Strategies mean nothing if we don’t execute on them. I’m by your side through the perfectionism, overthinking, awkward situations and inevitable stumbling blocks that come with building a business. You are building this for you, but you aren’t building it alone.

This isn’t business by numbers.

There are principles I know work. Things I’ve seen play out hundreds of times. And nineteen years of business experience I’ll absolutely bring to the table.

But I’m also interested in the stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into a framework. What you’re not saying, what doesn’t quite feel right. The idea you keep bringing up despite the rationale going against it.

The thing you know you should do but, for some reason, you keep avoiding. The opportunity that wasn’t part of the plan.

Building a business requires judgement, not just a set of rules.

That’s why I need to know you. How you think, what matters to you and what you’re brilliant at. What drains the life out of you and what you actually want this business to do for you. Then we can build accordingly.

You’re not buying a programme, you’re getting me in your business.

1 → We build your strategy together

We start with a 1:1 deep dive into your business, who you are, what you want and where the opportunities are. From there, we build the strategy. It might mean changing your pricing, positioning, offers, marketing, sales, systems. If it’s needed, we’ll identify it and map out the plan for our work together.

2 → We work on the business every week

Plans are lovely until they stop working because the day to day gets in the way. Whether that’s a client nightmare, a new exciting opportunity that keeps invading your brain. If you’re stuck on a decision, bring it to the weekly calls. We troubleshoot, make decisions, adjust the strategy and work out what happens next.

3 → You don’t have to wait for the next call

Sometimes you need another brain on something fast. Send me the proposal, the pricing query, the sales conversation. Whatever you need my eyes on, I’ll be there to give you my take, challenge you when needed and tell it to you straight.

4 → We keep evolving the plan

We’re not going to create a twelve-month plan and blindly follow it because we made a twelve-month plan. We’ll pay attention to what’s working, what isn’t, what’s changed and what new opportunities have appeared. The goal stays ours. How we get there is allowed to change.

5 → And yes, we’re going to get bloody good at sales

You can have the best business in the world, but at some point someone has to buy something. As a Flight Club member, you’ll have access to my sales training alongside our work together, covering pricing, sales conversations, objections and how to turn the right opportunities into clients. No scripts or weird closing tactics. Just learning how to sell really bloody well (I did write an Amazon Best Seller on the subject, after all).

Imagine what we could do with a year.

Not a frantic 12-week transformation trying to fix your entire business before the programme ends (been there, done that).  Actual time to build something properly good that lasts. To make the big moves, test things, change your mind (because in my experience, the human always does).

I want you to be able to follow opportunities, get better at the things that matter. Make good money, and get increasingly good at running the business you’re building.

Six months can change a lot.

Give us a year and we can get properly audacious.

And when I say audacious...

Cindy had her first six figure quarter

She came into Flight Club making around £10K a month. Then she did £160K in a single quarter.

£1050 x 6 instalments

Six months to make serious change in your business.

This is what happens when we smash them goals...

  • Vee went from $5K to $80K clients.
  • CeeBee signed three $20K clients in one month.
  • Roz pulled in 15 leads within 2 weeks.
  • Shawn signed his first $10K client within 3 weeks.

SWIPE for results…

Want to talk it through first?

A lot of you will have come here through my content. You might have followed me for years, bought the book, been in my DMs, or we may already have a relationship of sorts.

So if you’re seriously considering Flight Club and want to talk it through with me before you decide, you can (feel free to DM me).

We’ll talk about where you are, what you want to change and whether Flight Club makes sense for you.

But some of you will be new here. You like what you’ve read, you’re excited by what might be possible, but you don’t know me from Adam.

So come and have a chat. Ask me the awkward questions, get a feel for me. We can’t build a bloody good business together if we don’t trust each other.

What does this actually look like?

No two Flight Club businesses are the same.
So no two Flight Club journeys are either.

Case study 1

– Client: MB

Social Media marketer

WHERE SHE STARTED:

MB was working full time while building her business. The goal was pretty clear: get the business to a point where she could quit her job.

She’d already been in marketing for 7 years, so being good at what she did wasn’t the problem.

Running a business was new territory. She didn’t feel confident with pricing, positioning or really knowing what she should be doing next. She knew she wanted to charge more, but had no idea what was actually acceptable.

WHAT WE WORKED ON:
We started by working backwards from the goal of leaving her job and built the roadmap to get her there.

Over the first 16 weeks we worked through her niche, market research and validation, positioning, pricing and offers. Then we built the marketing strategy and lead-gen systems to bring the right people in.

The rest was doing the damn thing. Implementing the strategy, dealing with the inevitable hurdles and bottlenecks as they came up, practising sales and getting increasingly good at converting the opportunities she was creating.

By month 5, she was making enough from the business to go full time

WHAT HAPPENED:

By month 5, she was making enough from the business to go full time. She could have quit then. Instead, she decided to build herself a longer runway and left her full-time role in month 8.

She hit the goal and then some.

MB stayed with me for 12 months, and by the time she left she had the confidence and know-how to run the business on her own terms. She’s since built out several streams of income and is now living her best nomadic life.

Case study 2:
From busy and burned out to profitable months on mat leave

She had 7 years in her business and recognised within the industry for her creative work.

– Client: AQ

Design Studio Owner

WHERE SHE STARTED:

AQ was doing really well. She had clients, a small team and a busy studio. The problem was, she was at the verge of burning out and not turning over profit. Not to mention needing to go on maternity leave.

She came to me wanting change but at a loss of what that would look like. In fact, she was really close to throwing in the towel. She didn’t need more business but for the business she already had to work better.

WHAT WE WORKED ON:

Working with AQ was less about following a neat roadmap and more about what the business needed as it grew.

A lot of our work was being a sounding board, putting out fires, making decisions faster and stopping the second-guessing that can slow you down when there are a lot of moving parts.

Pricing was a big one. When an opportunity came in that she didn’t really have capacity for, we came up with an “I don’t have time to work with you” price. A number high enough that taking the project would actually be worth it.

The price felt outrageous to her, so we worked through that before she sent it. Beyond pricing, we worked on getting the right team in place, improving her internal systems and making the business work better around her rather than creating more work for her.

She gave them an “I don’t have time to work with you” price. They said yes anyway.

WHAT HAPPENED:

She sent the “I don’t have time to work with you” price. They accepted without hesitation.

It was the highest she had ever charged for strategy and design and completely shifted what she thought was possible with her business.

The changes elsewhere in the business started paying off too. She made more money, worked less and built a waitlist of clients.

She stayed with me for a year as the business continued to grow and we dealt with the new challenges that came with it.

Case study 3:
She finally built the damn thing

WHERE SHE STARTED:

SC came to me curious about what I do, but without a clear idea of what she wanted to work on. I uncovered a desire that she‘d been putting off for a while of her launching a group coaching programme.

So that became the goal. Not just to finally launch it, but to build something she could sell again rather than starting from scratch every time.

WHAT WE WORKED ON:

We started with the offer and validating it with market research, the positioning, messaging, pricing and the marketing strategy.

Then we created a clear launch plan. We warmed up her audience, built the waitlist and launched.

Once people started buying, the work changed. I supported her through the sales conversations. She sold out 6 weeks before the doors closed.  Then I supported her through the delivery of the programme.

Sold out faster than she expected

WHAT HAPPENED:

She launched and sold out the group programme on a timeline of her choosing. But the bigger win was that she hadn’t just managed to get one launch over the line. She now had an offer, positioning, messaging and a launch system she could use again.

And she’d actually done the damn thing she’d been procrastinating on.

Flight Club isn’t a course or programme. It’s having a growth partner in your corner, with a strategy built around you and your business.

Get ready for some sales Psychology and maths that’s going to blow your mind...

  • If your income fluctuates by £2K–£5K a month, that’s £24K–£60K a year in volatility. (Damn! I bet you never looked it that way before).

  • If you lose just 1 qualified lead per month with an average project value between £3 – £10K, that’s £36 – £120K lost a year.

  • If you’re pricing even 10 – 20% below your level (because you don’t feel confident) and you do £60K each year, that’s £6K – £12K per year.

  • And if you panic discount by £500 just once a month, that’s a total of £6000 you gave away.

Your winging it has a tangible cost and Flight Club is designed to fix it.

Flight Club meets you where your business is.

  • You might be building towards leaving your job.

  • You might already be full-time but know the business needs stronger foundations.

  • Or you might be doing really bloody well and have hit the point where doing more of the same isn’t going to get you where you want to go.

Different businesses.

Different problems.

Different Flight Plans.

What matters is that you’re good at what you do, you’re serious about your business, and you’re willing to do the work.

Real business conversations are where positioning, trust and sales come together.

You don’t need to be ready!

No-one is. You just need to be willing. You don’t need to know exactly what needs fixing before you join Flight Club. Quite often, figuring that out is the first thing we do.

You might need to make more money, charge more, get better clients, build a team, sort out the mess behind the scenes. Or you might just know that the business you have now isn’t the business you want a year from now.

That’s enough to start with.

You need to be willing...

I’ve spent 19 years building businesses. I’ve had successes, failures, an exit, legal battles and plenty of expensive lessons. And I’ve spent years helping other business owners navigate their own version of it.

I’m not going to hand you a formula and tell you to follow it. We’ll work out what your business needs next.

Then we’ll go bloody do it.

You’re already stretched thin. That’s why Flight Club isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what compounds. Two focused hours a week can save you months of overthinking, rework, and lost revenue. Most members make their investment back for the full year after just one or two clients

Most people stay between 6 and 18 months. After the first period, you can re-sign on a quarterly basis for £1500/quarter or £500 per month (quarterly contrat).

Perfect for service based creatives like freelancers, designers, AI founders, coaches, consultants, agency owners, introverted CEOs.

Majority of clients I have are introverted, and neurodivergent (ADHD / AuDHD)

For how long?
What’s the cost of waiting?

Have you considered the payment plan and how you can build the business during the course of the year with support.

Yes. If paying in full isn’t possible right now, you can split your enrolment into 6, 10 and 12 payments

No problem. Every session is recorded and added to the resource hub. You can submit your request and get feedback in between calls.
