Private Coaching with Ivy Malik
Let’s build what you actually want.
Not what makes sense on paper or what everyone else in your industry is doing. The thing you really want.
Business therapist, wing-woman, sales queen, silent co-founder... I’ve been them all.
Think of me as your business partner without the equity where your ambition becomes our project.
I’m in it with you.
About to send an important proposal? Message me.
An enquiry comes in and you’re not sure how to handle it? Message me.
Want to put your prices up and need to sanity-check the number? Message me.
Got an idea you can’t stop thinking about? Send it over.
Thinking about hiring someone, or wondering if it’s time to let someone go? Message me.
Sometimes you need strategy. Sometimes you need challenging.
Sometimes you need a sound board
Sometimes you just need another experienced brain on it before you make the call.
Start with want, not why.
Most people start with why. I don’t.
I want to know what you want.
- More money? How much?
- A smaller business with bigger margins?
- A team? No team?
- To become famous?
- To build something that others said is ridiculous?
Tell me what you really want, the unfiltered version.
Want isn’t a commitment, once we understand it we can fine-tune it and see what is possible at the back of it.
That’s where we start. Audaciously you.
You’re super smart and have done really well so far...
You’re properly good at what you do.
Years of experience behind you, five or more in business, a portfolio of work you’re proud of.
You’ve built something that works. Which also means there’s more to think about now.
More clients.
More decisions.
More opportunities.
Maybe a team.
And somewhere amongst all of that, you’re supposed to find the headspace to decide what happens next for your own business.
The whole business is fair game.
You might come to me wanting to fix a certain part of your buisness.
- Sales.
- Pricing.
- Positioning.
- Marketing.
- Their offer.
- Their team.
We might work on exactly that. But none of it exists in isolation. A pricing decision affects sales, positioning affects demand, hiring changes capacity.
So the whole business is fair game. What’s working, what isn’t, what you want next, and what needs to change to get you there.
Your clients get the best of you, your business gets what’s left.
You spend a lot of your day thinking for other people, solving problems, delivering the work. If you have a team, you’re also managing people, making decisions, looking after clients.
And your brain has a limit.
So by the time you get around to thinking properly about your own business, it’s often getting the tired version of you. Revising your own strategy between client work, thinking about pricing while delivering a project, making an important decision after already making a hundred others that day.
Your business deserves your best thinking too.
And sometimes that means adding another brain.
I’ve been on both sides of the table
I’ve been building businesses for nineteen years. The first decade was spent building my own, the first of which I started at 26 and exited in 2017. (And no, it wasn’t a coaching business, it was in hospitality).
My own experience became the foundation of my coaching. Trademark disputes, legal battles, hired over 100 people, launching products, negotiating deals, sales, PR nightmares… if it comes with running a business, I’ve probably lived through it.
For the last nine years, I’ve coached more than 1,000 founders across thirty-four countries. Five, six and seven figure businesses in different industries with different business models.
The people are the biggest variable, the problems rarely change.
Strategy is only half of it.
I know business. But I also understand people. My background in psychology means I notice patterns most miss.
The things you keep circling, the decision underneath the decision. The thing you say you want versus what you actually want.
I’ll challenge your thinking to sharpen it. I’ll ask the question you’ve been avoiding. And I’ll tell you when I think you’re making something far more complicated than it needs to be.
But I’m not here to build my version of your business. I’m here to help you build yours.
Cindy came to me for 6 months, she stayed for 20 months
I thought I was hiring a sales coach. Ivy has an uncanny ability to get to the root of a problem fast. Every breakthrough in my business has come from a conversation I wasn't expecting to have.

Cindy C. Marketing Agency, USA
My role is to help you see what you can’t see on your own, so you stop solving the wrong problem, make better decisions, and get to your goal faster. If that sounds like the kind of coaching you’ve been looking for, we’ll probably work well together.
Nothing in your business is off limits.
Here are typical areas that we will touch upon.
Brand Positioning
What do people think about your business before they’ve even spoken to you? We’ll look at what you’re putting out there, whether it’s bringing the right people in, and if it isn’t, why not. We want your reputation to be working harder for you.
Demand
You shouldn't have to start from scratch every month. We’ll work out where your best clients come from and build more predictability into how they find you.
Pricing and Offer
Can your price and offer expand to a new level? Do we need to cut anything? We’ll look at your income streams and see what strategy works best for what you want.
Selling
Sales shouldn’t feel gross. We’ll look at how you’re selling now, what’s working and where you’re losing people. Then I’ll train you, or your team, in my Co-Creative Selling Model so you can sell well without feeling salesy.
Capacity / Team
More clients shouldn’t mean more hours. We’ll look at what only you should be doing, what team you want to build and whether that is the right decision for the business that you want.
Planning
Most businesses that grow fast start off being reactive. We’ll map out what you’re selling, when you’re selling it, where the quieter preiods are, and what needs to happen now so you’re not making panicked decisions later.
You
Becoming aware of the self-sabotaging patterns is deep and important work. When you have audacious goals, strategy and execution can actually be the comfort zone. It’s much easier to do than sit with yourself and question why you’re doing it. But we’re not building a business you’ll eventually hate. So we need to notice when the actions you’re taking are actually avoidance, perfectionism or overthinking. So the work on you remains central to all that we do.
Six months from now
- You’re way more profitable.
- You confidently charge more.
- Enquiries come from clients you actually want to work with.
- You can say no to clients without stress of getting income.
- You have clarity and focus on what you’re building.
- You respond rather than react (no more putting out fires).
- You’re set up to scale, if that’s what you want.
- Fast decision making and execution.
You have more choice. About the work you take, how you spend your time and where the business goes next.
How we work together
I only take on three private coaching clients at a time. The limit is there so I can be properly present in the businesses I support.
And that means being available when things actually happen, not just when they’re scheduled to happen.
Have a challenge with a client?
Message me.
Got a new opportunity and want to discuss pricing?
Message me.
Need to fire someone on your team? Message me.
There’s no limit on messages or voice notes. Some of our most useful conversations will happen between sessions, because business doesn’t conveniently wait for our next Zoom call.
You don’t need to save things up for coaching. Bring me into them while they’re happening.
How your 1:1 is structured...
We start with a deep dive into your business. Where you are now, what you want, what’s working, what isn’t, and where we need to start (typically 90 mins).
From there, we work together for six months.
Most months that looks like:
- Two 60-minute coaching sessions
- Two 20-minute momentum calls
- Unlimited WhatsApp and voice notes between sessions
But I don’t coach by the clock. If we need longer, we take longer. And if something happens between calls, you don’t wait until the next one to bring it to me.
The structure is there. It just doesn’t get in the way of the work.
Why it works?
Every three months, we step back and review the business as a whole.
We look at what’s changed, what’s working, what isn’t, and decide where our focus needs to be next.
Private coaching is a minimum six-month commitment.
Audacious goals need enough time to make meaningful change, test what we’re doing and adjust when we need to.
You’re not coming to me for a quick fix.
The goal is to build a business that can handle where you want to take it, and for you to become the founder capable of leading it there.
Private Coaching is
£16K for 6 months
You can also choose to pay in instalments:
3 x £5500 (total 16,500)
4 x £4250 (total 17,000)
6 x £2950 (total 17,700)
(Paying in full has the biggest savings)
One founder came to me charging $200–$300 for one-off sessions, never knowing when the next session would be book.
We worked through his relationship with money and within two months of working together, he’d signed three clients at $20,000 each and generated $60,000 in under two weeks.
Want to apply for coaching?
It’s a significant investment, so let’s get practical.
How many clients at your current price would cover it? And how many at the price we’re actually aiming for?
If that second number feels realistic, then this probably isn’t a maths problem.
If paying for private coaching would put you under financial pressure, don’t do it. There are other ways to work with me.
But if the question is “What if it doesn’t work?”
I’d ask a different one..
What if it would work?
Because I can bring the strategy, challenge your thinking, spot what you can’t see and work through the difficult bits with you. But I can’t execute it for you.
Who do I do this well with?
THE PERSON EVERYONE ELSE COMES TO FOR ANSWERS.
Clients trust your judgement, friends ask for your advice. You have a knack for seeing patterns, solving problems and helping other people make sense of theirs. But when it’s your own business, you’re too close. Every decision carries more weight because it’s yours. You can see ten possible paths, which often makes choosing one harder. You’re not seeking knowledge, you need someone who can do for you that you do for them. That’s where I come in.
THE THOUGHTFUL OVERTHINKER.
You don’t make impulsive decisions. You want to understand the whole picture before committing.
You research, compare and make sure to explore every angle. You see it as a strength but also know it means decisions can take longer than they sometimes should. Together, we separate what’s important from what’s simply interesting, so you can move with confidence instead of certainty.
THE PERFECTIONIST WITH THE BIG VISION.
You care deeply about the quality of your work, you don’t care to be the biggest or famous. You want to be the best.
The problem is that your standards often become the thing slowing you down. Opportunities are missed because you don’t feel quite ready or needed more time. My job isn’t to lower your standards. It’s to stop perfection from becoming procrastination.
THE BUSINESS OWNER CARRYING EVERYTHING.
You’re the strategist, the marketer, the salesperson, the client lead, the problem solver and the person everyone depends on. You’re good at doing it all, and can get all of the shit done. You’re just tired of carrying it alone. You need another brain, someone to challenge your thinking, ask the difficult questions and help you make better decisions before they become expensive ones.
THE VALUES-LED ENTREPRENEUR.
You’re building something because it matters. Yes, you want to make money, but money isn’t the point. It’s what allows you to create more freedom, more impact and better work. You’ve never wanted to become the loudest person online or use tactics that don’t feel like you just to grow faster. You want a business that succeeds without asking you to become someone else to get there.
BEFORE YOU WONDER WHETHER YOU’RE “THE RIGHT FIT”…
Most of the people I work with have one thing in common: They’re exceptionally capable. They’re often the smartest person in the room. The one people naturally turn to when they need advice, perspective or a solution. They’re curious, thoughtful and generous with what they know.
Which is exactly why they struggle to ask for help themselves.
Not because they’re incapable.
Because they’ve become used to being the person with the answers.
The irony is that intelligence doesn’t make you objective. If anything, it gives you more ways to argue with yourself.
You don’t need someone who’s smarter than you. You need someone who’s far enough away from your business to see what you can’t, and experienced enough to tell you the truth when you need to hear it.
If you’re reading this wondering whether you should wait until things calm down… Don’t.
Nobody has ever started working with me at a convenient moment. Things settling down isn’t the entry requirement. It’s usually the outcome.
Before you decide to apply, ask yourself this...
- If twice as many enquiries landed in your inbox next month, would your business cope, or would the same doubts still be there?
- How many important decisions have you delayed this year because you weren’t sure?
- How much time have you spent trying to solve the wrong problem?
- What mental load are you carrying solo?
- And if nothing changed, if you carried on exactly as you are today, where would your business be this time next year?
TESTIMONIAL
After eighteen months, Ivy isn’t just my coach. She’s become part of the way I run my business. I make decisions faster because I know I have someone who’ll challenge my thinking, validate me where I question myself, spot what I’m missing and tell me the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. She’s direct, incredibly perceptive and somehow always seems to find the real problem underneath the one I think I have. Knowing I can pick up the phone or send a voice note when something comes up continues to be worth every penny
