If you hate selling, you’re in the right place

You only hate sales because the way you were taught to sell wasn’t designed for the way people like you think. Sales Gym fixes that.

Doors are now open

Here’s what actually happens on those calls.

The conversation starts well. They’re engaged, asking questions, the energy is good. You’re even thinking — you might just sign the client.

Then the price comes up and something changes not dramatically, just a degree or two. They get more measured and you feel it, so you start explaining more, justifying, adding context they didn’t ask for.

By the time you’ve finished, you’ve given them a masterclass in your thinking and handed them everything they need to decide without you.

A few days later “We need to think about it.”

You follow up, once, maybe twice.

The frustrating part isn’t losing the deal. It’s knowing you were the right person for it.

“I made $8K more in just 2 weeks of training”

– Shawn, Designer

After reviewing 432 sales calls, I know exactly why they say I need to think about it, and it’s not what you think.

  1. The premature pitch where you end up solving the wrong problem, pitching a solution before the client feels ready.

  2. Value in the wrong anchor where you sell what you do (Branding/Coaching) instead of the result of it (Growth/Peace).

  3. Fake confidence which makes you sound good, but it’s really competence that will bring it to a close.

This isn’t a confidence problem. The calls are just missing a structure that works for how you think

This is what happens when the way you sell finally matches the way you think.

The Sales Gym isn’t a course you watch. It’s a safe space where you execute

Every week we work on your actual calls, not hypotheticals. You bring what’s coming up, what felt wrong, when you felt you’re getting ghosted.

We find the exact moment the energy changed and we fix it before it costs you another dream client.

You’ll learn the Co-Creative Selling Model™ — including the SOFT Framework to get all the information so you can handle future objections, the Onion Effect to use Psychology to ask better questions, and Hesitation Handling so “it’s too expensive” stops ending deals.

After 12 weeks you’ll notice the difference on every call

  • No more over-explaining when the price comes up
  • You’ll know what the client actually needs before they do
  • You’ll lead the conversation naturally
  • If they say it’s too expensive, you’ll know exactly what that means and what to do next
  • You’ll stop chasing and start closing
  • You’ll leave every call knowing where you stand — no more guessing

Stop being the helpful expert who gives away the strategy for free and start being the strategic partner who gets paid for it.

The One-Call-Math

Your next ten calls will happen regardless. The only question is how many of them convert.

If your average client is £3,000+, one extra closed deal covers the cost of the Gym entirely.

Two deals and you’ve doubled your investment.

Every deal after that is compounding return on a skill you keep for the rest of your life. Most members cover their investment within the first 30 days.

That’s the entire decision.

12 weeks.
One skill that pays for life.

Stop being the helpful expert who gives away the strategy for free and start being the strategic partner who gets paid for it.

Most members close one extra deal in their first month of training. That deal covers the Gym.

Asset 8 Sales Gym Million

Build a skill that pays for itself, every time it’s used.

This is not for short-cut seekers or anyone still charging low (you don’t need a sales call to sell lower priced services).

If you don’t have time for your business, this isn’t for you. This is not passive learning, you are actively making changes that move the needle in your business. At minimum you need 2 hours per week.

This isn’t just theory. It’s live practice with frameworks that retrain your instinct. Not only will you learn what to say, but how to say it and learn how to think. Best of all you also get support with your offer, funnel and pricing.

Designers, strategists, coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses who want to charge £3K+ without the cringe.

Most members recover their investment within 14–45 days.

The longer you wait, the longer it takes to hit that point.

No. Though I am certain that if you train, you will see change.

You simply need to show up to the calls, finish the training, if you do your part, how can things not change?

I’m Ivy Malik.

I’m not a coach who built a business by coaching coaches. I built mine by helping creatives, designers, and service providers win better clients, charge what their work is worth, and stop losing deals they should have closed.

That’s where my results come from — 19 years working with people who build real things for real clients, not inside the coaching bubble.

My approach is psychology-led because that’s what actually works. Not scripts or manufactured pressure. I teach you to read what’s happening in a conversation and to know exactly what to do with it.

I owned restaurants for ten years before I coached anyone. That’s where I learned to sell. High volume, fast paced, unforgiving.

If you’re good at what you do and tired of that not being enough feeling, this is where that changes.
